Sylvia Isabel Moore, 57, of Noblesville, Indiana passed away Wednesday, August 13th of 2014 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis.
She was born on October 29th, 1956, to Fernando Galiana and Renee Cavanillas in Mexico City, Mexico.
Sylvia had struggled a life long battle with Alpha-1-Antitrypsin Deficiency and received a double lung transplant on April 29th, 2004 which allowed her to live 10 more years and see two of her daughters walk down the aisle and her youngest, turn 16.
Sylvia had a very large heart and had the uncanny ability to make everyone around her love and adore her. She just had that kind of loving presence. She enjoyed helping people and making them smile. Her hobbies included: Traveling, reading, drawing, sewing and collecting different keepsakes such as dolls, German Beer mugs, Precious Moments and metal keys. Everything she did was out of love for her family and her desire was to pass all these things to her daughters, as a gift of her love to them.
Sylvia is survived by her devoted husband of 18 years, Thomas Moore; her four children, Renée (Brandon) Godby, Fernanda (Aaron) Feldman, Jeremy Moore and Carla Moore; her loving sister, Alejandra Cavanillas; and mother, Renée Cavanillas.. She is also survived by her 10 dogs, which she loved very much. Sylvia was preceded
in death by her father, Fernando Galiana on February 1st, 1995.
To fulfill Sylvia’s wishes, no services will be held.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a college fund set up for Sylvia’s youngest daughter, at The Huntington Bank, titled: Carla Moore Benefit Fund. Please forward all checks payable to, Carla Moore Benefit Fund, 1140 Beardon Ct. Noblesville, IN. 46062.

La extrañaremos, pero ella esta muy bien donde esta!!!!
Family, we are together missing our Sylvia, but she just went ahead of us to prepare the big party when we get together at the proper time, with the help of papa, abue and some others.
We certainly are going to miss her, but she is very well where she is !!!!!

Sylvia was the best women, wife, mother, friend and companion I could have ever asked for and she was my eternal soulmate. She endured a very difficult life filed with a lot of pain. In spite of all her challenges, she was very positive and a fighter. I have never witnessed a stronger person than my baby, even if she didn’t think so. Even after her doctors told us in January that they could not do anything more for her, she continued to fight for almost 7 more months. She said over and over again that she felt good and it didn’t matter what the doctors said, she was happy and that she loved us very much. Finally, her body gave out and her fight/struggles ended. Honey your strength, faith, courage and your humongous love for me and the kids will be with me forever. I will always love, honor and adore you my sweet love. Rest in peace and know that we will eternally be together. Thank you for blessing me with your life, I will never ever forget you. I have you so deep in my heart in a place that no one can touch. Forever yours, oh how I love and miss you.
